a tender seaside escape
manicured lawns fine beach bonus meditation
The gardens was beautiful. the lawns were manicured perfectly with swaying palms. daybeds and loungers sat there, and i appreciated the fine beach access. classic ambiance and quality were very prominent. i also loved the meditation class offered. It was a bonus.
the coffee at breakfast was not up to par and choice was limited.

i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . their service was really good, especially the reception team who did a great job coordinating things. the food was amazing!!! i especially loved that reception team did a great job in coordinating.
i found the hotel to be getting tired. it is in need of an upgrade. all drinks from alcoholic to soft were disastrous, including tepid water tainted by chemicals. even the premium drinks were unpalatable with weird mixers and flat coke.

i appreciated the warm welcome. a refreshing drink and a cold towel were provided upon arrival. the check-in process was quick. i enjoyed having direct access to the beach from the hotel. this made it easy to take morning walks and enjoy the sunsets.
the wifi signal in my room was sometimes weak. this made it difficult to stream videos.

i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet featured varied options with many sri lankan and european choices. i liked the spacious grounds with ample space for everyone.

The room had a terrible moisture problem. The air conditioning filters were dirty. With the air on, it smelled bad, and the atmosphere was humid. When the air was off, things did not improve. warm staff very nice location
The staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness. I felt welcomed. the architecture offers a captivating view and the location is very nice. i really enjoyed the food. It had a wide range of options, catering to different tastes. the entire experience was amazing!!!
i noticed some areas are showing signs of wear, particularly in the rooms. some of the furniture looks slightly dated, and a few fixtures need maintenance. i hope they address these issues to maintain the high standards.
